Buying and cooking healthy food is quiet easy for parents
but to convince your kids for eating nutritious food is a big challenge. This
makes mealtime frustrating and leave parents in worry about the proper

Tofu: You might
be thinking that there is no chance that your kid will even touch tofu. Here comes
the role of presentation. Likes and dislikes of your kid will change, if the

Sweet Potato: It is one of the most
nutritious yet inexpensive diets which are worth to include in breakfast. It is
a rich source of Vitamin A, thus good for eyes and acts as an antioxidant for
body. Sweet potato is an easy choice for you, as a kid may like it because of
its natural sweetness. But if your kid has developed his own taste then try to
serve potatoes in different ways. You can bake sweet potatoes and give it a
topping of vanilla yogurt or apple sauce or anything which is preferred by kid.
Yogurt: Apart
from vitamins, proteins and other nutrition, there is something which you can’t
ignore and that is beneficial bacteria. Including plenty of good bacteria in
meals make stomach healthy and happy. Yogurt is a good source of bacteria
called probiotics. Choose non-fat or low-fat yogurts, mix it with a spoonful of
honey and sprinkle some fresh fruits for adding flavors. Avoid sugary versions
of yogurt as they are low in protein and bacteria. A cup of yogurt fulfills
your child’s daily dairy servings and often contains more calcium than a cup of
milk.
Mango: It is a
king of all fruits and may be loved by your kid. One cup of this fruit fulfills
whole day need of Vitamin C which is necessary for immune system, teeth and
gums. There are multiple ways of serving mango to your kid. You can make a
banana-mango smoothie or double mango pudding, which can be a tempting stuff
for kids. Want to make a cool fun with mango? Prepare a puree of mango in a
blender and keep in an ice tray or any other mold for giving it an attractive
shape. Keep it in a freezer and enjoy a frozen mango cubes within few hours.
