Forget Indigestion, With Home Remedies

·         Avoid Antacids: Acids are responsible for proper functioning of body. In some cases these excessive acids reach esophagus which result in acid reflux. For remedy most of us are in a habit of taking medications which deactivate stomach acids. However over intake of such over the counter pills reduces functionality of stomach making it more open for bacterial infections.

·         Mustard: It heals heartburn. Indigestion is mainly caused because of disturbance in stomach acids, and mustard being alkaline in nature balances acids and caters instant relief.
